This program operates on a payroll system, wherein the employees themselves deduct the loan amounts from their salaries, and these deductions are then forwarded to ElitPay.

This exclusive offering allows employees to quickly access extra funds to address their urgent financial needs. The main goal is to provide financial services to employees at competitive interest rates and flexible repayment terms.

Under this package, employees can borrow up to 50% of their debt servicing capacity, with a minimum loan amount of ZMW1000. The loan must be repaid within a maximum period of 3 months.
